Our Team
Therapy Grove is a psychotherapy practice in Pune, founded by Amruta Mahajan and Anahita Pande, two psychotherapists who share a commitment to ethical and consistent care for every client we work with.
Our approach is process-oriented and integrative, drawing especially from psychodynamic and relational therapy. Our focus is not just on what concerns you're facing right now, we also help you understand the deeper patterns and relationships that shape your experience.

I work with clients who are dealing with emotional disturbance, anxiousness, anger issues, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, trauma, work stressors, neurodivergence and grief. My work experience varies in age groups ranging from few months old babies to the elderly. However, I currently work exclusively with people aged 18 to 60 years. I believe in fostering a collaborative and trusting relationship with my clients where they feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe that a healthy therapeutic relationship is the most important tool for a client's road to well-being and the strongest predictor of therapy outcomes. I have been working since 2020 and have 6 years of experience as a Psychologist.
